Our expansion is closer to reality as Family House begins the new year! Thanks to a flurry of fundraising activity at the end of 2017, we have raised over $7 million in pledges and payments.

We will host a ground breaking in 2018 and will announce the date as soon as we have finalized building and construction plans. Meanwhile, we are focused on the finishing the last mile of our fundraising goal.

Thank you to everyone who contributed so generously in 2017, including the group of challenge donors who matched every capital campaign gift and pledge in December! The generosity of guests, volunteers, board members, foundations and corporations has helped us get closer to our dream of serving more patients and families who must travel to UNC Hospitals for their care.
