Each day, Family House opens our doors to guests from all over North Carolina and beyond. Your kind acts are what enable Family House to provide a safe, affordable, and nurturing environment for thousands of traveling UNC patients and their loved ones.
Family House guests are afforded not only lodging, but are also offered meals, supportive programs, transportation, and a caring support network. Demand for our rooms is high and with the recent expansion from 40 to 75 rooms, our expenses and volunteers needed to operate have increased dramatically. Your contribution funds the essential operating costs that ensure no guest is turned away due to an inability to pay. Won't you contribute today?

After long days at the hospital, our guests depend on the help of the community to make sure they are are well nourished and comfortable. In addition to cash donations, purchasing items off of our wish list helps us keep our pantry stocked so families have access to essential food and toiletries.
