Volunteer Needs
Join the SECU Family House family and become a volunteer!
We have a small staff and rely on the gifts, skills, and experiences of many wonderful volunteers to keep the House running, clean, and organized.
There are several ways you can help:
- Serve a shift at the House as a “front desk” volunteer. This involves greeting incoming guests, answering phones, giving information, and helping the House Manager.
- Organize a group to prepare a meal on a scheduled basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Gather items for our wish list
- Become a kitchen assistant, which involves keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
Individuals and groups are welcome. Most volunteer shifts are 3 hours long, between 9 AM and 9 PM, seven days a week. If you are have any questions, or are interested in volunteering, please fill out and submit the volunteer application.
